Feyi Osinuga
Feyi is the Global Head of Compliance Monitoring and Surveillance at Janus Henderson. In this role, she is responsible for assessing the regulatory risks the firm faces globally and overseeing the design and execution of a compliance monitoring and surveillance programme to mitigate the identified risks.
Prior to joining Janus Henderson in 2019, she was at AXA Investment Managers leading the UK compliance monitoring and trade surveillance function. She was also a Senior Manager in the Investment Management and Private Equity practice in Deloitte LLP.
Feyi is the Managing Director of the Janus Henderson Foundation, the non-profit organization set up by the firm to invest in a brighter future by helping youth achieve their full potential and supporting the ideas and passions of employees. She is also a member of Janus Henderson’s EMEA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Regional Council and the Co-lead of the Mental Health workstream of the Diversity Project, a cross-company diversity initiative of the investments industry.
Feyi received a BSc degree in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the University of Reading. She is a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) and a CFA Charterholder.
